The bin production proces:

Step 1:

For the Intellistore bin is a special mould is developed. The Machine presses the plastics material into the mould in which the bin is created. Once they are produced they will be taken away with a cobot and placed on a conveyor belt.

Step 2:

Once the bins are produced an extensive quality check will be done. During the check several characteristics will be inspected like the dimensions and weight.

Step3:

Finally the bins are ready for transport. Schiphorst have special AMR which can move a complete pallet with bins to the expedition. Ready for transport to our customer!
